This training is for you if you wish to expand your idea of what a vinyasa-flow can look like. Maybe you’ve gotten stuck with virabhadrasana B to parsvakonasana to trikonasana and you’re looking for inspiration to new ways to move - your mind as well as your body. Maybe you’re already flowing and dancing in multiple shapes but have lost the way of how to incorporate Indian philosophy and feel a call to make your Yoga-practice (and classes) something more wholesome?
