The work here will take base in whatever your need is. Want to handstand but are afraid of falling? Wish better hip mobility for your climbing? Feel curious of moving bigger, bolder and reclaiming your movement-patterns? That's where we start!
Nanna learned how to handstand, do a split and take pull ups as an adult and she wants to make it clear that you can do this too! Your body is not falling apart as you're getting older unless you stop moving. Allow yourself to dream and be amazed by what continuous, intelligent and curious movement-patterns can do for your life.
What's different than your usual personal training?
In Nanna's perspective her fellow co-workers have a problem when it comes to having enough knowledge about different movement-styles. Nanna have experience in everything from hardcore weightlifting to Yoga, bouldering, flexibility-work, body-awareness, somatics and body-weight-only-exercises. This makes the experience different, because everything will be curated for exactly your needs and simultaneously mixed with Nanna's background as physiotherapist.
This means that next to the efficiency to make your movement-dreams come true, there's a deep respect for restitution and sustainability in your practice. Nanna is known of thinking *out of the box* and will never suggest a program that's pushing you too hard or takes too much time.
Next to that, Nanna's main mission is always to *help you move*. Not just right now but hopefully for the rest of your life. Nanna's philosophy is that your movement-practice needs to work for you and your life - no matter how little or much time you're willing to put into it.

750 dkk (100 EU)/ 1 * 45 minutes session
(including suggested exercises)
2100 dkk / 3 * 45 minutes session
including full program fitted for your needs
2500 dkk / 3 * 45 minutes sessions
including full program + feedback on videos/questions in between sessions
In-person is possible in Aarhus, Denmark or online through Zoom!
