If you ask me, as a physiotherapist and Yoga-teacher through a decade; nothing is as bad for your body, as not moving is.
Of course there is a few over-use injuries here and there, because we all want to be THE BEST at moving our bodies if we should see any purpose in it at all, but in general what 2025-humans suffer from physically most often have to do with not moving. And let me remind you, that connecting to your body is a purpose on its own.
We pendulate between these extremes of wanting to be an athlete or staying completely ignorant to the body... but sweet sweet friends, these videos are here for all those moments in between. The functionality. The freedom. The noticing of all the beautiful colors that live in the gray area.
I say; move your body - move your life
I sincerely hope that you will go on this journey to explore how there's more to this body than being something to ignore, something to punish or something to hate.
My hopes are; you discover when you’re able to sit in your squat longer. Your headaches are less intense. You played with your kids, went climbing or went dancing and ENJOYED the options your body presents you with. It makes the world bigger you know?
