Join me and 9 other people (small, intimate retreat yaaay!) in throwing life up in the air. We will engage in activities that reminds you what it means to be ALIVE for you. Through delicious movement-practices, dancing, journaling and time for yourself and your own schedule, this is my dream-retreat as a host. We will be together for practices twice a day and next to that, I will help book optional activities for those looking to explore the island more. 

Meals

There will only be two meals included on this retreat; welcome dinner and bye bye brunch. Why? Because I want there to be space for people with different budgets and social-preferences. This small island (only 8 square kilometres) offers both the most delicious insta-friendly-meals (approx 10-12 euro/meal incl drink) but it also holds space for those with a smaller budget interested in local specials (approx 3 euro/meal incl drink). I will ofcourse provide you with recommendations for all of the above! 

Location

Tropic Tranquility, who will host us, as well as house our practices, is a newly renovated boutique-villa, which is built by one of my friends (and fellow Yoga-teachers on the island). There is hired local staff all the way through the process and they continuously give back to the community by using local collaborators. They're only just opened for bookings (Autumn 2024) and we will be some of the first people to indulge in the deliousness they've carefully created for us all. 

Season

The time of the year is low-season in most of Indonesia (especially Bali), which is my favorite time of the year there. The crowds are never huge in Nusa Lembongan, but they're definitely even smaller at this time of the year. This means that the locals are even happier to welcome us, the nature is a bit more lush because it have just been rain-season and everything is more affordable.  

Transport

Getting to the island is fairly easy as there travels loads of boats (approx 30 minutes of sailing) from Bali all throughout the day and week. Transport on the island itself can mostly be done by foot (opposite to rest of Bali, where everything happens on scooters). When you book your boat-transfer you will be dropped off by the boat-company though.

Rough schedule, just to give you an idea:

- Morning practice guided by yours truly 

- Breakfast of your choice suited to your budget 

- Time for you; read, draw, swim, tan, crochet; basically - you do you <3

- OR planned activity that you can join or choose not to; snorkeling, surfing, scooter-trip, mangrooves

- Lunch suited to your budget

- Time for you OR planned activity

- Afternoon-practice guided by yours truly 

- Sunset viewing with the group + meditation/breath/journaling

- Dinner suited to your budget

On arrival-day and bye bye-day we will do a collective circle as well as share a meal.
