The concept:

Simple as is it gets. You want to move, breathe and BE without needing to sign up for an expensive studio. We've created a space where exactly this is possible. Come one Monday, come four or decide that now is the time for you to dedicate every Monday for 8 weeks doing something wholesome for yourself.

The "style" of Yoga is a bit of a westernized concept, which we're trying to refrain from a bit and instead respect the tradition of Yoga, which bottom line will look (feel) like breath, meditation and movement expressed through different intensions. Expect moments of silence and also curated banger playlists for you to forget all about your desk. Expect stillness and holding postures and also never -ending movement that flows and ripples. Expect fire, water, earth and wind. Expect small and big.
