Bring yourself (and your bestie?) to a movement-experience of the BODILY kind! The session will have a build up like most Yoga-practices but all shapes will be explored through the senses, the connective tissue and you'll be encouraged to MOVE like you.

Curiosity and openness is all that's really required to partipate, so all bodies, experience-levels and genders are welcome. Nanna will introduce you to the principles of embodiment and somatics, which since will take form in a physical sense. After rest and meditation, there will be a practice of integration through creativity, so please bring your notebook :-)

As in any other Friday-festivity, there will of course be both some snacks and tea (maybe even iced tea!) to enjoy as we integrate and settle before going out into the world again.
