want to learn the biomechanics & anatomy behind handstands, middle split & frontsplits
neeeed to get into myofascial release and find space in the subtle parts of the body
are curious on learning different skills, mobility patterns and drills
wish to learn how to move in pain-free, functional (and maybe even fun!) fashion
I was never a gymnast or a dancer and learned moves like this waaaay after the age of 25 & you can too
